Facile and versatile construction of MOF@COF heterostructures in atmospheric air for enhanced CO2 photoreduction SCIE

Abstract :

MOF@COF heterostructures featuring abundant porosity, designable structures and efficient separation of photogenerated charge carriers are enthusiastically embraced as promising candidates for the capture and conversion of CO2. Nonetheless, their laborious synthesis procedures involving energy-consuming protection and degassing steps severely impede their widespread application. In this study, a concentration-acid co-regulation strategy was developed to synthesize highly efficient MOF@COF composites in atmospheric air, obviating the need for vacuum, inert gases, and/or repeated freezing. With reduced supersaturation of synthesis mixtures and intensified competitive coordination from acid modulators, the crystallization of COFs was strategically confined to the exterior surfaces of MOFs, fostering intimate contact to facilitate the interphase electron transfer. The synthesized MOF@COF heterostructures thereby exhibited radically enhanced CO2RR performances, yielding ca. 2.5 times more CO than the original deficiently contacted composite. Moreover, the versatility of the synthesis strategy was validated using altered MOF and COF structures, shedding light on the significance of crystallization regulation in fabricating advantageous heterostructures. These findings are poised to effectively propel the development and practical implementation of MOF@COF composites.

本发明公开了一种用于气体分离的金属‑有机笼配合物混合基质膜及其制备方法和应用。涉及材料科学领域和气体分离领域。混合基质膜包括高分子聚合物与多孔金属‑有机笼状配合物ZRT‑1‑2OH。本发明混合基质膜中填充的多孔金属‑有机笼状配合物ZRT‑1‑2OH区别于传统的无机填充材料,传统的无机填充材料是随着在混合基质膜中填充量的增多,膜的分离性能越好;而本发明制备的多孔金属‑有机笼状配合物ZRT‑1‑2OH则是在较低填充量(2.17wt%)时膜的分离性能最好,之后随着其填充量的增多,膜的分离性能反而下降。本发明的混合基质膜可应用于多种气体的分离,应用前景广阔。

Molecularly Homogenized Composite Membranes Containing Solvent-Soluble Metallocavitands for CO2/CH4 Separation SCIE

Abstract :

The rational design of mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) combining appropriate additives and industrial process-able polymers offers a new prospect for highly efficient membrane separations. However, the difficulty in their fabrication due to the lack of processability of most additives and the formation of segregated filler domains in polymer matrices hampers the development and application of MMMs. Herein, we present two new zirconocene-based metallocavitands (ZRA and ZRT) and a series of MMMs fabricated by blending ZRA, ZRT, and MOC-1-NH2 (a zirconocene-based metal-organic cage) with the polyimide (6FDA-DAM), respectively. It was found that ZRA exhibited high thermal stability and good solubility in various solvents, which can be homogeneously mixed with polymers to prepare ZRA-based MMMs without any indication of filler agglomeration. Compared to the pure 6FDA-DAM membrane, a low ZRA-loading MMM (ZRA-2.2%) exhibited better mechanical properties and 50% improved CO2 permeability for CO2/CH4 separation. ZRA-2.2% also exhibited a good performance after 6 months of aging and significantly alleviated the plasticization effect under high pressures. These results suggest the great potential of the ZRA-2.2% for CO2/CH4 separation and that the simple metallocavitands may serve as promising additives in fabricating MMMs for gas separations.

一种双功能吡啶羧酸卟啉配体的Eu的金属有机框架材料的制备及应用,属于晶态材料的技术领域。该材料是由Eu6簇、邻氟苯甲酸分子、DMF和双功能吡啶羧酸卟啉配体5',5””‑(10, 20‑二吡啶‑5, 15‑二取代)双([1, 1':3',1”‑三联苯]‑4, 4”‑二羧酸)卟啉‑Co(II)(Co‑BBCPPP‑Py)构成,化学分子式为[C81H51CoEu3FN7O18]。该金属‑有机框架的合成为封闭条件下,Co‑BBCPPP‑Py与六水合硝酸铕在DMF和邻氟苯甲酸的混合溶液中,经由溶剂热反应得到金属有机框架材料的晶体;此金属有机框架材料显示出较高的二氧化碳吸附能力和催化转化能力。

金属有机框架材料在龙脑/异龙脑混合物中的吸附分离应用,属于吸附分离技术领域。通过首次采用金属有机框架材料(MOFs)作为吸附分离材料,对龙脑/异龙脑混合物溶液进行吸附分离应用,结果表明该类材料对龙脑具有较高的吸附容量和良好的选择性。在经过多级分离提纯工艺后,能获得纯度不低于96%的龙脑产品。该类材料对龙脑/异龙脑混合物的分离具有巨大的应用潜力。

Efficient determination of BTX compounds based on UiO-66-diatomite composite enrichment and thermal desorption GC-MS SCIE

Abstract :

In this work, a UiO-66-diatomite composite was synthesized and used as sorbent to sample benzene, toluene and xylene (BTX) in indoor air. The physicochemical features of the as-prepared composite were deeply characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm analysis. Moreover, an efficient analysis method for the enriched BTX compounds by the UiO-66-diatomite composite was successfully developed using thermal desorption (TD)GC-MS technique. The influence of desorption temperature was investigated to optimize the operation conditions. Under the desorption temperature of 180 ?, the method depicted good linearity (R-2 > 0.99) in the range of 5 ng to 1000 ng as well as excellent reproducibility with relative standard deviation (RSD) between 0.6% and 3.5%, in which the satisfactory recovery was achieved from 75.2% to 115%. More importantly, the developed method also exhibited high sensitivity with the method detection limit (MDL) in the range of 0.04-0.09 mu gm(-3). Hence, the findings evidence that this method might be one of the promising routes to detect trace levels of BTX compounds in indoor air and the MOF-based composite is feasible to be used as sorbent for the capture of volatile organic compounds in air.

作为一类新型多孔材料,金属有机骨架(MOFs)常被开发作为荧光传感器用来监测水中的污染物,开发稳定且易制备的MOFs材料实现选择性检测有毒的Fe3+仍具有较高挑战.本工作中,我们报道一例水稳定的二重穿插In(Ⅲ)基MOF∶(NH2Me2)[In(fdc)2]·2H2O(BUT-205,BUT代表北京工业大学,H2fdc=呋喃-2,5-二羧酸).BUT-205的构筑采用生物质衍生配体,其结构通过单晶X射线衍射确立.这个材料可作为高效的水相Fe3+离子传感器,具有高的灵敏度和选择性.检测限达到1.3 μmol·L-1,低于美国环保局规定的饮用水中安全标准(15.7μmol·L-1),并且该传感材料可以回收利用至少4次.

CO_2的资源化转化与利用是“双碳”目标达成的重要途径之一.金属-有机框架(metal-organic framework, MOF)因其充足的孔结构、丰富的活性位和可功能化等特性,在CO_2催化还原反应中展现出良好的应用前景.总结了基于MOF的新型功能材料依托光、电清洁能源,绿色催化CO_2还原的最新研究进展,分别探讨了活性MOF、MOF复合物和MOF衍生物的催化性能,并从理化特性上分析了材料性能优势的成因.在此基础上,对这类新型催化剂面临的主要问题和未来发展做出了总结与展望.

一种包含三氟甲基的金属有机空穴配合物混合基质膜及应用,于材料科学领域与气体分离领域。该混合基质膜包括高分子聚合物,与ZRT制备成膜。其制备方法包括:将ZRT溶解到有机溶剂中,超声至溶解,得到ZRT溶液;然后称取一定量的聚合物加入上述溶液,超声至溶解,得到混合基质膜铸膜液;将混合基质膜铸膜液倒入一定大小的制膜表面皿中,待溶剂挥发,制得ZRT混合基质膜。能够实现气体中CO2/CH4的有效分离,使用价值高,应用前景好。
