Abstract :
The efficiency of standalone photovoltaic (PV) systems heavily relies on the effectiveness of their maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller. This study aims to improve the operational efficiency and reliability of standalone PV systems by introducing a novel control scheme, the Immersion and Invariance Neural Network (II-NN). This innovative system integrates a nonlinear estimator of solar irradiance with a neural network (NN) model, eliminating the need for direct irradiance measurements and associated costly sensors. The proposed methodology uses the Immersion and Invariance algorithm to design a nonlinear estimator that leverages the real-time measurements of PV current and voltage to estimate the incident irradiance. The NN then processes this estimated irradiance to determine the MPP voltage accurately. A robust nonlinear controller ensures the PV system operates at the MPP. This approach stands out by managing the nonlinearities, parametric uncertainties, and dynamic variations in PV systems without relying on direct irradiance measurements. The II-NN system was rigorously tested and validated under real climatic conditions, providing a realistic performance assessment. The principal results show that the II-NN system achieves a mean error of 0.0183V and a mean absolute percentage error of 0.3913%, with an overall MPPT efficiency of up to 99.84%. Comparisons with the existing methods, including perturb and observe, incremental conductance, and three other recent algorithms, reveal that the II-NN system outperforms these alternatives. The major conclusion is that the II-NN algorithm significantly enhances the operational efficiency of PV systems while simplifying their implementation, making them more cost-effective and accessible. This study substantially contributes to PV system control by advancing a robust, intelligent, and sensorless MPPT control scheme that maintains high performance even under varying and unpredictable climatic conditions.

本发明提供了一种可循环喷流的主动减阻降热系统,包括进气道、传动轴、叶轮、叶轮支撑板、头锥装置、波纹管、单向阀、喷流头、第一外壳体、第二外壳体;头锥装置、第一外壳体、第二外壳体依次连接;进气道为弯曲结构,其出口端与第二外壳体连接,进口端朝向锥装置方向;叶轮设于第二外壳体内部与传动轴连接;叶轮支撑板设于第一外壳体内;叶轮与第二外壳体间形成第一气体管路,叶轮支撑板缓慢收缩端与第一外壳体间形成第二气体管路;进气道、第一气体管路、第二气体管路连通;波纹管、单向阀、喷流头依次连接,设于头锥装置内部,第二气体管路的出气端与波纹管连接。本发明能够解决现有技术中逆向喷流气源供应、控制能力不足等问题。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种基于平面电机的直线导轨精度检测装置,主要由探头、球形万向节、表架、平面电机和数据处理装置组成,可实现对直线导轨直线度、平行度及表面微观形貌的高精密测量。本发明采用平面电机作为驱动装置,带动探头在测试平面内进行两自由度平动和偏转,消除了振动、摩擦磨损对检测数据的影响,通过控制探头位姿变化,降低了安装误差对检测结果的影响,并精准获取导轨表面信息。经过数据处理装置对检测数据进行拼接拟合计算,完成导轨精度测量。本发明具有抗干扰能力强、支撑刚度高的优点,特别适用于高精密直线导轨、超长导轨等测量场景。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种用于机器人光学元件抛光的工件坐标系确定方法,包括以下步骤:将工件放置于工作台上,控制检测探头沿工件边缘移动,采集工件边缘点的坐标,根据工件边缘点的坐标计算工件中心点位置和摆放姿态;控制检测探头在工件中心点位置垂直向下移动,采集工件上表面中心点的位置坐标,根据所有采集点的坐标信息,得到初步工件坐标系;基于建立的初步工件坐标系,使用离线编程的方式生成测量路径,使用位移传感器沿测量路径对工件上表面进行扫描,由在线监测装置对扫描过程的坐标和位移传感器数据进行实时采集;根据采集的坐标和位移传感器数据进行平面线性拟合,基于此对上述初步工件坐标系的俯仰角误差进行补偿,得到最终工件坐标系。

Abstract :
PurposeThe accuracy of the machining process is significantly impacted by the performance of hydrostatic bearings. This paper aims to analyze the influence of micro-textured on the performance of the hydrostatic bearing, and the performance of the bearing is improved by designing the arrangement of micro-textured. Design/methodology/approachDifferent designs have been used while creating micro-textured bearings. The finite element models of bearing with smooth and micro-textured were established and solved using the computational fluid dynamics method. The arrangement scheme of the micro-textured was evaluated by comparing the influence of the distribution position and arrangement of the micro-textured on the bearing performance. FindingsTo improve the performance of the bearing, the bearing capacity was significantly increased, and the friction coefficient of the bearing was decreased when the micro-textured was distributed in the form of an obtuse angle arrangement in the maximum pressure area of the bearing. The experimental findings validate the analysis method. Originality/valueIn this paper, the effect of irregularly arranged micro-textured on bearing performance is investigated to improve the bearing capacity and lubrication status.

Abstract :
As an advanced finishing technology, magnetic compound fluid finishing (MCFF) is considered capable of achieving damage-free finishing of low-hardness materials such as copper alloys with appropriate finishing parameters. However, ignoring the influence of the material removal amount on the dimensional accuracy while optimizing finishing parameters may result in excessive material removal and a reduction in the workpiece's dimensional accuracy. Thus, a novel finishing parameter optimization method considering dimensional accuracy is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the MCFF experiments are planned and carried out for modeling. Secondly, an MCFF model is established based on the integrated learning theory. The established model, with a prediction layer and a fusion layer, is a multi-layer neural network fusion model which can accurately predict the polished surface quality and material removal amount. Thirdly, the finishing parameters are optimized by the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm, taking the effect of material removal on dimensional accuracy into account. Finally, the model's prediction accuracy and the superiority of the optimized parameters are verified through experiments. The results demonstrate that the developed model can predict the finishing effect correctly, and a workpiece with high-quality polished surfaces and high dimensional accuracy can be obtained with the optimized finishing parameters.

本发明公开了一种基于四次多项式的NURBS曲线插补速度规划方法,实现步骤为,获取NURBS曲线的数据和设备的动力学特性参数,并依据弓高误差容限确定路径上各点允许的最大速度,定义为速度容限;将速度容限极小值点定义为关键点,并在关键点处将原曲线划分为许多子曲线,并求取子曲线的长度;依据发明的基于四次多项式的速度规划算法构建NURBS曲线进给速率曲线。本方法充分考虑了弓高误差和设备动力学性能对加工速度的影响,能够获得具有光滑连续的加加速度剖面、加速度剖面和速度剖面;能够有效避免加工中的柔性振动,并显著提高加工效率。

Abstract :
本发明公开了应用于精密数控磨床加工中工件与转台同轴调整装置,该装置包括接触式数显千分表、千分表末端调节旋钮、千分表中段调节旋钮、气动机构、辅助工装、计算机、工件、夹具、转台、床身。接触式数显千分表与气动机构安装在辅助工装上,辅助工装安装在床身的适当位置上,在工件装夹时,转台回转,将接触式数显千分表的读数,传递到计算机进行处理分析,确定偏心情况,然后由计算机发出指令,控制气动机构运动,调整工件的位置,使得工件轴线与转台回转轴线重合或在可接受的偏心范围。通过该装置,实现工件在装夹过程中,工件位置的自动调整,工件装夹精度、效率更高。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种搭建基于切比雪夫多项式的几何误差参数化建模方法,确定数控精密外圆磨床的平动轴与旋转轴,分析各轴的几何误差元素,得到与位置相关的24项误差;再使用激光干涉仪和九线法对24项基本几何误差进行测量和辨识,得到24项运动误差数值;依据切比雪夫多项式中变量定义域的性质,将数控指令进行变量转换;构建不同次数的切比雪夫多项式基函数;结合归一化后的数控指令和已知系数的基函数,搭建几何误差参数化模型。本发明基于误差数值和切比雪夫多项式性质得到的参数化模型,能反映该研究对象在不同指令状态的误差场分布,解决了补偿技术中数值迭代运算的数据处理空间不足,时间较长的问题,方便快捷,直观创新。
