Abstract :
Titanium alloy is widely used in aerospace and other fields due to its low density, high specific strength, corrosion resistance, and other advantages. With the development of selective laser melting additive manufacturing technology, it is possible to manufacture triply periodic minimal surface porous structures. The effects of structural parameters on the mechanical properties of a Ti-6Al-4V Diamond (D)-type triply periodic minimal surface structure are studied. According to the characteristics of porous structures, the Gibson Ashby fitting formulas of D structures are modified using the concept of equivalent cross-sectional areas. The influence of cell size and surface thickness on the compressive modulus and strength of a D structure is discussed. Prediction formulas of the mechanical properties based on cell size and surface thickness are established by combining the relative density with the structural parameters. On this basis, the density optimization method is applied to the lightweight design of a rocket-related assembly based on D structure filling. The design results verify the feasibility of a lightweight design based on triply periodic minimal surface structure filling.

Abstract :
一种搅拌摩擦焊接头二级变幅高周疲劳剩余寿命预测方法,属于寿命预测领域。首先通过金相测试确定接头的分区,通过力学实验确定搅拌摩擦焊接头不同区域的静力学属性,使用四点关联法将接头各区的静力学参数转换为疲劳参数,建立接头的疲劳有限元模型,通过有限元模拟确定不同载荷下搅拌摩擦焊接头的薄弱区域,通过扩展有限元预制裂纹计算二级高‑低和低‑高加载下薄弱区域发生转变对应的预制裂纹的临界长度,以此为基础建立薄弱区域转变的概率密度函数,结合薄弱区域转变的概率密度函数及变载载荷的载荷次序,提出一种搅拌摩擦焊接头二级变幅高周疲劳剩余寿命预测方法。

Abstract :
一种基于人工神经网络的预测搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳断裂位置公式的建立方法,属于疲劳失效分析领域。以最大应力、应力比以及应力幅任意两个作为该方法中“二次分类”网络的输入特征,以焊核区、热影响区、热机区、母材这四个不同的断裂位置作为该网络的输出特征,构建断裂位置预测模型,并利用实验数据对模型进行训练获得最优参数,进行预测时,输入最大应力与应力比即可得到该模型预测的断裂位置;在获得模型之后,通过设计输入参数上限和下限为来获取在此范围内的神经网络模型预测结果,基于该结果提取其中的断裂位置区域边界,并依据断裂位置区域的范围设计出关于搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳断裂位置的区域方程。预测精度较高,包容性较好。

Abstract :
Multiaxial high-cycle fatigue failure criterion and life prediction is important for structural components under complex low stress. A new multiaxial high-cycle fatigue damage parameter based on the plane of maximum shear stress is proposed, which includes the maximum shear stress amplitude, normal stress amplitude and maximum equivalent normal stress. The maximum equivalent normal stress is defined in the form of SWT stress function considering the influence of mean stress. The feasibility of the proposed failure criterion and life prediction model is verified by test data of different materials. The predicted results show that the life prediction error of the proposed fatigue model is basically within three times by comparing with McDiarmid, Matake, Crossland and Papadopoulos fatigue models. © The Author(s) 2022.

Abstract :
In this paper, a new life assessment framework is proposed based on the elastic-viscoplastic modeling and the damage behavior for the structural component under multiaxial nonproportional loading at high temperature. The viscoplastic constitutive model with the ability to capture the non-proportional hardening effect is used to obtain the stress-strain fields, in which a new method based on the rotation of strain axis is proposed to evaluate the notch rotation factor. The damage model, which can comprehensively capture the multiaxial fatigue-oxidationcreep behaviors, is used to assess the failure life. In addition, the proposed framework is evaluated by the life results under proportional and non-proportional fatigue loadings at 650 degrees C, and the errors are found to be within a factor of 2.

Abstract :
一种基于增材制造的梯度壁厚TPMS多孔结构的建模方法,属于多孔结构领域。根据TPMS结构的空间函数生成曲面,为曲面划分网格,网格上的结点首次偏生成均匀厚度的网格;选定均匀网格结构中每一个结点所在曲面的法向作为二次偏移的方向,读取坐标,取坐标原点为基准点,根据每个结点与基准点的距离,由近及远对所有结点进行排序,排序的结果对应每个结点的偏移量,偏移量和偏移方向结合形成新向量;所有结点在随着新向量二次偏移后生成新网格;越靠近结构的中心,结点的偏移量越大,结构厚度值越大,形成连续梯度壁厚的TPMS多孔结构。本发明可以通过修改参数设计不同梯度壁厚的多孔结构,适用于复杂的力学环境。

Abstract :
喷丸搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳载荷下薄弱区域残余应力强度因子估算方法,属于机械结构诊断分析技术领域。FSW接头力学性能具有不均匀性,接头不同区域喷丸强化引入的残余应力场以及循环载荷下残余应力松弛情况差异明显。本发明考虑搅拌摩擦焊接头不同区域组织性能的差异和喷丸对材料状态造成的影响,能够较准确实现喷丸强化的搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳载荷下薄弱区域残余应力强度因子的计算。对喷丸处理后搅拌摩擦焊焊接构件的安全服役具有重要理论意义和工程应用价值。

Abstract :
本文基于ABAQUS软件对铝合金电弧增材件进行多裂纹扩展模拟仿真,随着循环载荷的施加,裂纹的长度在不断加大,实现了多条裂纹扩展并且逐渐聚合成一条主裂纹,随着主裂纹的不断增加,最终导致了试件的断裂。

Abstract :
电弧增材技术具有低成本和效率高的优点,考虑到增材件内部孔隙缺陷,考虑用损伤力学的方法进行分析。本文基于连续损伤力学对铝合金电弧增材件的疲劳行为进行数值模拟,当施加应力幅为300Mpa、应力比为-1的疲劳载荷时,增材件的寿命为410周。

Abstract :
以Newman方程为基础,对裂纹应力强度因子进行计算,用断裂力学方法对恒幅加载条件下7075铝合金FSW接头不同应力比和不同应力水平下疲劳寿命进行预测。通过实验结果对比发现,80%以上的预测寿命在2倍因子之内。
