Effect of structure architecture on optical properties of TiTe2/Sb2Te3 multilayer nanofilms SCIE

Abstract :

Heterostructural materials have the advantage of extreme low switching energy between states and hence are expected to be applied in photonic devices, whose optical performances are vital to explore in advance. In this paper, crystal structures of TiTe2/Sb2Te3 heterostructural films and their effects on optical properties were clarified from the aspects of in-plane strain, resonant bonding and charge redistribution by experiments and first principle simulations. Larger strain in Sb2Te3 sublayer tended to decrease reflectivity and refractive indexes, while huge resonant bonding effect was beneficial to improve the optical parameter deviations. Charge analyses showed that crystalline optical property variations were actually deriving from the electron redistribution differences especially near the heterostructural Te center dot center dot center dot Te gap, which also accounted for experimental reflectivity order. Finally, based on the resonant bond effects and surrounding electron density after stimuluses, five optical levels with identifiable optical contrasts (n and Delta R) were achieved in 1/2 model for uses. The present study sheds new light on optical properties of TiTe2/Sb2Te3 and paves the way for potential multi-state applications of heterostructure in photonic and storage devices. Research on Strong Supervision Algorithm Model Based on Blockchain in E-government EI

Abstract :

In recent years, the research and application of blockchain applied in e-government has been increasing. The characteristics of blockchain, such as non-tamper, verifiable and inspirable, have been well applied in confirming the rights, accountability, and assessment of government data resources, and other unresolved problems over the years. Well, the decentralized feature is naturally inconsistent with the strong central feature of the government so that the application of common blockchain technology in e-government cannot support the government regulatory mechanism effectively. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a strong supervision model of blockchain based on the Threshold Ring Signature algorithm (TRS). Further experiments show that the process and results of signature voting by using this model. Compared with the common blockchain, the strong supervision model can control the error rate of the chain information and increase the flexibility of blockchain so as to enhance the integration application of blockchain and e-government. © 2020 IEEE.

Abstract :

At present, the state continues to pay attention to the integration, convergence, opening and sharing of government information resources, and the Internet + government has made rapid progress. However, the government data sharing and opening is not thorough, government information exchange mechanism is not smooth, and there are still information islands between departments. The key issue is that government information resource directory and data sharing application are still "two layers of leather", which restricts the sharing of government information resource. Aiming at these problems, this paper carries out research on intelligent acquisition of shared data based on government information resource directory. Combining five application scenarios, on the basis of solving the problem of disjointing between directory and shared data, this paper further studies the intelligent acquisition of shared data, so as to realize seamless connection between directory and data, and realize efficient, automatic, and intelligent data acquisition.

Abstract :

Data provenance technology and right confirmation technology have received great attention in recent years, because data exposure and abuse have been a serious problem with the rapid development of smart device and hospital. Based on the traceability and unchangeable properties of blockchain, we propose a model of personal health-related application data provenance and use smart contract to ensure right confirmation. We find that the user condition and use-right of personal health data can be effectively confirmed by using data provenance. In addition, the possible future extensions to personal health data on provenance are discussed. © 2019 IEEE.

Abstract :

Biofilm nitrification and activated sludge denitrifying phosphorus removal performance were investigated in the pre-A2 NSBR system, which treated real low carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio domestic sewage. The effect of organic substance and NO2 --N concentration on the biofilm nitrification performance, and different electronic acceptors on the denitrifying phosphorus uptake rate were studied. Results indicated that nitrification rate was 11.3 mgNH4 +-N/(L•h), the ammonia volume loading was 0.27 kgNH4 +-N/(m³•d) under the filling rate of 40%, the nitrification performance was inhibited by organic substance, but the system showed a good nitrification rate of 9.72 mg NH4 +-N/(L•h) when organics presented. NO2 --N treatment exhibited little effect on the AOB activity but obvious effect on the NOB activity, the NOB activity was almost completely inhibited (only 1.63%) when NO2 --N concentration was 400mg/L. According to the phosphorus uptake rate experiment under different electronic acceptors, the phosphorus uptake rate under oxygen and NO3 --N was 17.62mg P/(g VSS•h) and 12.94mg P/(g VSS•h), respectively, anoxic phosphate accumulating organisms (PAOs) occupied 73.4% of the total PAOs, phosphorus uptake performance was inhibited when the NO2 --N concentration was 30mg/L, and phosphorus uptake performance was inhibited when the NO2 --N concentration was 15mg/L under the condition of NO2 --N and NO3 --N coexisted. © 2019, Editorial Board of China Environmental Science. Abstract :

A2O and A2O+BCO process were employed to treat domestic wastewater with low carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N=3.96) to compare their nutrient removal performance, respectively. The influent loading and operation condition were kept consistent for 134 days, A2O+BCO system achieved a higher nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency than A2O system because of the application of denitrifying phosphorus removal technology and two-sludge theory, which could use carbon resource more efficiently and solve the SRT contradiction between nitrifiers and PAOs. PAOs accounts for 22% in the stable A2O+BCO system higher than 7% in the A2O system, which explain the mechanism for the superior nutrient removal performance. © 2019, Editorial Board of China Environmental Science. Impact of silica-alumina ratio on ammonium adsorption by molecular sieves [硅铝比对分子筛吸附氨氮性能的影响] Scopus CSCD PKU

Abstract :

This study examined the difference of ammonium adsorption by molecular sieve with different silica-alumina ratios that were determined using x-rays fluorescence (XRF) method. Based on the results from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRF), It was investigated the adsorption mechanism of molecular sieve under different silica-alumina ratio conditions from the perspective of molecular sieve framework, surface morphology, and crystal structure. Meanwhile, the ammonium adsorption improvement through the desilicification of molecular sieve framework was revealed, and this would provide technical reference for the molecular sieve based deep denitrification of sewage treatment plant effluent. The results indicated that molecular sieves with different silica-alumina ratio had significant variation in surface morphology, crystal structure, and ammonium adsorption performance. It was found that the increased silica-alumina ratio was associated with decreased crystallization, increased obscuring of crystal grain shape, and decreased adsorption capacity. When the silica-alumina ratio rose from 35 to 237, the equilibrium adsorption capacity of ammonium by molecular sieve decreased from 5.65mg/g to 0.41mg/g, and the monolayer adsorption saturation capacity confirmed by Langmuir adsorption isotherm decreased from 6.5963mg/g to 0.4430mg/g. The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, which was revealed that the adsorption rate was controlled by the mechanism of ion-exchange chemical adsorption. Both the ion-exchange capacity of molecular sieve and the rate of adsorption decreased with the increase in silica-alumina ratio. It was observed that the ability of ammonium absorption was significantly improved by desilicification process of molecular sieve framework, and the equilibrium ammonium adsorption with a silica-alumina ratio of 35increased by 81.6% after a desilicification process. This would provide an effective technological approach for improving the ammonium adsorption by molecular sieve. © 2019, Editorial Board of China Environmental Science. All right reserved.

Abstract :

技术进步是实现跨越式的经济增长和产业升级的重要手段之一.本文深入研究了智能手机产业2010-2017年的技术进步问题,对产业内三星、苹果、华为、小米、OP-PO、VIVO、中兴、魅族、HTC、联发科和高通这些具有代表性的重要企业进行调查后,构建了适用智能手机产业发展的评价体系,之后采用面板数据模型对所搜集到的数据进行实证分析,得出技术进步对智能手机产业发展的贡献.研究发现:(1)技术进步投入对产业发展指数的影响系数达1.78,说明技术进步对智能手机产业的发展具有正向推动作用;(2)相比其他技术进步因素,专利申请量对产业发展指数的影响较弱;(3)资本投入对产业发展指数的影响系数达0.257,继续投入资本有利于产业的发展.

发展引领产业变革的颠覆性技术,不断催生新型战略性新兴产业是我国当前创新驱动和军民融合的国家战略下的必然选择。文章试图结合相关领域的最新研究,从军民融合的新视角分析颠覆性技术创新对战略性新兴产业发展,将军民融合贯穿于从颠覆性技术创新到新兴产业形成的整个过程,找寻出颠覆性技术与战略性新兴产业两者之间的机理机制,对促进我国新型战略性新兴产业的培育、形成和发展给予理论指导。
