Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that the temperature fluctuation of fresh-food compartment in refrigerator is very big, and to provide better storage environment for food, in the freezer with phase change storage materials, a method of delaying the change of temperature to reduce the temperature fluctuations was proposed in this paper. The phase change materials used in the fresh-food compartment in the refrigerator were tested. The results show that the temperature fluctuation of the cold storage room in refrigerator is obviously reduced after the application of phase change materials, and the range of fluctuation is reduced to 1.00℃ from the original 2.57℃. Application of phase change materials can reduce the temperature fluctuation of fresh-food compartment, and to achieve the goal of small temperature fluctuations. © 2017, Editorial Department of Journal of Beijing University of Technology.
