Abstract:

In order to provide a kind of high performance filling material for the lightweight aggregate concrete filled steel tube, 18 experimental groups were designed for the material experiment. The raw material included the high strength cement, the fly ash, the silica fume, the expansive agent, the shale haydite and the mixed fine aggregate composed of the shale pottery and the natural sand.The high strength, lightweight, slight expansion and self-compacting concrete was prepared.The influence law of the volume fraction of the shale pottery in the mixed fine aggregate, the amount of cementitious materials and the volume rate of sand of concrete's working performance, physical mechanical properties and hardening deformation was comparatively analyzed. The results show that the filling lightweight aggregate concrete of high performance can be prepared for the lightweight aggregate concrete filled steel tube by using of the aforesaid raw material. The amount of the admixture and the mixed fine aggregate can be designed by using of the substitute incorporation and the loose packing theory. The grain composition can be modified by adjusting the volume ratio between the natural sand and pottery in the mixed fine aggregate. The proper cementitious materials' amount is 540-570 kg per cubic metre in the concrete. The suitable value of volume rate of the sand is about 47%. © 2017, Editorial Department of Journal of Beijing University of Technology. All right reserved.
