Abstract:

建立了烧结矿冷却过程的多孔介质模型,探讨了烧结矿热物性参数分别采用经验值和实验值对数值模拟的影响,分析了不同的烧结矿粒径和不同入口风温工况下的出口热废气对余热发电量的影响。结果表明:使用热物性参数实验值对料层温度的模拟结果与热物性参数经验值模拟结果差距较大,实验值模拟结果更接近实际运行工况;在余热发电方面,烧结矿粒径越小、冷却风温越高,吨矿余热发电量越大。烧结矿粒径为50mm时比粒径为60mm时吨矿发电量提高了8. 66%;入口风温为583K时比入口风温为553K时吨矿发电量提高了7. 81%。
