以ZnO和CoO为原料,采用固相烧结法制备了模拟叶绿素光谱曲线的绿色无机颜料,探究了该绿色无机颜料在380~1380 nm波长范围内的光谱曲线和颜色色度的变化规律.研究结果表明:通过调整原料配比、烧结工艺、辅助剂及粉磨参数等,可以调控该无机颜料色度变化(L?=42.8~54.63,a?=-8.82~-12.9,b?=3.19~5.28);CoO是决定颜料色度变化的主要物质,其含量为2.5wt% 且烧结温度为1100℃ 时,可以制备得到色度最佳、模拟某叶绿素光谱曲线最优的绿色伪装颜料;通过球磨可以改善颜料的粒度进而影响颜色的变化,当球磨时间为1.5 h时颜料具有最佳的粒径和色度值.
