针对受助的家庭经济困难学生的资助育人工作,从契约式理论的层面来说,学生在一入学便与学校签订了隐性契约,本文从契约式理论出发,根据目前资助工作实践现状,从学校、学校资助管理部门以及辅导员三个层面分析,分别设计出操作性强的相关对策,以期对资助育人工作起到应有的作用.
