Abstract:

文章探究了基于关键化学组分设计制备发泡陶瓷过程中的制备条件,特别是关键化学组分SiC、Na_2O、Al_2O_3的含量对发泡陶瓷性能的影响。利用化学组分设计制备的发泡陶瓷具有良好的隔热性能,其导热系数达0. 09 W/(m·K),最可几孔径为2. 8 mm,大孔之间的孔壁上分布有平均孔径为2μm的微孔,这种独特的大孔-微孔的分级泡孔结构是其导热性能良好的关键原因。
