Abstract:

针对纯壳聚糖膜的力学性能较差,成本较高、再生能力差等不足,本文选用玻璃纤维为基膜负载壳聚糖膜制成壳聚糖/玻璃纤维复合膜,研究了其对六价铬的吸附、脱附性能。探讨了基膜的不同处理方式、不同重铬酸钾溶液PH时壳聚糖膜的吸附性能变化。结果表明,采用2%的乙酸,壳聚糖为1.5g/100ml时,制备的壳聚糖的zeta电位最高为94.56mV,采用10wt%的氟化铵进行刻蚀处理20min后的玻璃纤维膜,制得的壳聚糖/玻璃纤维复合膜的负载率较高,为1.985*10~(-5) g/mm~2。在20℃、重铬酸钾溶液pH值为3时吸附效果最佳,在吸附后能顺利脱附,第三次吸附/脱附后,吸附率达90.4%,脱附率达75....
