以污泥建材资源化为目标,研究了沸石、粉煤灰对污泥干化速率的影响,并将调质污泥煅烧作火山灰质混合材料制备辅助胶凝材料。结果表明:沸石和粉煤灰均可以提高污泥干化速率;沸石掺量为18 %和粉煤灰掺量为25 %的调质污泥制备的辅助胶凝材料活性最好;调质污泥在煅烧的过程中斜发沸石发生了分解,有利于调质污泥活性的提高。煅烧粉煤灰和煅烧调质污泥的矿物成分相同,均为莫来石和石英,煅烧调质污泥的莫来石的衍射峰减弱,无定型相增多,有利于提高调质污泥的活性。
