总结了我国下现阶段历史文化名城的保护发展模式并分析其适用条件,并从地域管理体制、决策者主观意识、城市文化气息、城市景观及城市外围景观等5方面提出相应的建议,研讨了名城保护发展方向,为今后的历史文化名城保护规划提供参考与借鉴。
