Abstract：
基于政策工具的视角,运用文本挖掘法对北京市众创空间扶持政策的科学性进行分析,结合众创空间政策特点运用PMC指数模型对众创空间扶持政策进行量化评价.结果发现:选取的三项政策中,P1的PMC指数为8.11,政策评价等级为优秀;P2、P3的PMC指数分别为7.23和7.12,政策评价等级为良好,且具有一定的改善空间.
