Abstract：
对近年来所研究的压电式、静电式、电磁式、气动式、电渗式、表面张力式、磁流体式和热气泡式微泵的设计方法、驱动原理和工作特点分别进行了系统的总结,介绍了国内外具有代表性的几种微泵的系统结构、部件尺寸、性能参数,进行了归纳和对比分析,总结了微泵的发展趋势,为今后微流体驱动方案的设计提供参考.
