Abstract:
将剩余活性污泥消化产物用作污水脱氮除磷的碳源,可以在污泥减量化的同时,解决碳源不足的问题,将无害化处理与资源化利用并举.本研究考察了微氧曝气条件下p H值对污泥水解酸化溶出物及微生物群落结构的影响.研究结果表明,碱性条件下,污泥微氧水解酸化溶出物中VFAs(Volatile fatty acids)、可溶性COD、蛋白质和多糖浓度均高于酸性条件,最佳p H值为10.0,TVFA(Total volatile fatty acid)浓度最高达到4 156.4mg COD/L,乙酸是主要产物,占TVFA的52%,蛋白质浓度是多糖浓度的3~4倍;碱性及微曝气条件下,氨氮的溶出浓度远小于酸性条件.研究...
