Abstract:
针对煤尘抑尘剂制备方法及工业应用开展研究,以基础性能指标如粘度、接触角及对煤质和环境影响等方面开展评价.结果表明,所开发的煤尘抑尘剂与煤尘的接触角较水减小30°左右,粘度在180 ~240 mPa·s之间,能有效捕集和粘黏粉尘颗粒物;长时间处于自然环境中可被微生物分解,真正做到对环境无毒无害;经第三方检测证明其对煤炭工业性能无明显影响,又在某港务局实地应用,历经大风、降雨等天气,抑尘效果稳定、作用显著,具有较好的应用推广前景.
