Abstract：
基于表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)的侧流免疫层析检测(LFIC)新技术在分子诊断领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。SERS-LFIC利用高灵敏度和高特异性的SERS检测探针代替传统的胶体金,克服了传统胶体金侧流免疫层析技术定量不准确和灵敏度低的问题。该文从SERS-LFIC的方法和应用两方面进行综述,归纳了不同种类的SERS检测探针,评价了SERS-LFIC的灵敏性和特异性,并对其未来的研究方向进行了展望。
