Abstract:

为了解决空气源热泵在低环境温度下运行时制热性能降低,排气温度升高过快的问题,提出了带自然冷源过冷补气的空气源热泵循环原理,针对R32工质搭建了实验系统.在低温制热工况下,研究系统随自然冷源的流量、补气压力及蒸发温度等参数的变化规律,并与单级压缩系统及普通补气压缩系统进行比较.结果表明,带自然冷源过冷补气的R32压缩系统可以获得更低的排气温度,与单级压缩系统相比,排气温度降低28~32℃,制热性能系数(coefficient of performance,COP)提高34. 4%~41. 2%;与普通补气压缩系统相比,排气温度降低10~18℃,但制热COP降低3. 5%~8. 9%.
