Abstract:
采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对X2A66合金进行等温热压缩实验,变形温度为623.15~743.15 K、应变速率为0.001~10 s~(-1),并利用双曲正弦函数和动态材料模型,建立合金峰值应力的本构方程和加工图。结果表明:X2A66合金的流变应力随温度的升高而减小,随应变速率的增加而增大;X2A66合金的温度敏感性不受应变速率的影响,高应变速率(应变速率高于0.1 s~(-1))时的速率敏感性高于低应变速率时的速率敏感性。X2A66合金等温压缩时峰值流变应力和应变速率之间满足双曲正弦函数关系,其本构方程为:e(5)=5.09×10~9[sinh(0.019σ)]~(4.544...
