将离子交换膜耦合微滤膜开发出1种新型浸没式平板膜组件,以实现废水中NH_4~+-N富集以及COD的截留。通过改变电极间距及电极材料,考察电极条件对NH_4~+-N富集和COD截留效果的影响,并采用X荧光光谱、X射线衍射技术探讨电化学行为过程。结果表明,极板间距减小,NH_4~+-N富集率、COD截留率均随之增加;Fe电极下平均富集率可达94.17%,高于Al电极,悬浮絮体及滤饼层物相组成均为FeO(OH)、(CaMg)CO_3和Fe_2O_3;Al电极下平均截留率为64.11%,高于Fe电极,胶状絮体及滤饼层均为γ-Al_2O_3、(CaMg)CO_3和Al(OH)_3。
