相比于标准齿轮,细高齿齿轮可通过减小模数、减小压力角和增大齿顶高系数来增加轮齿重合度。本文分析了细高齿的啮合特性,包括重合度对强度的影响和4类轮齿基本参数的选择。在优化设计中,选择了6个参数作为设计变量,列举了7类约束条件和2个目标函数,对参数求出最优解并进行圆整处理,完成细高齿齿轮的优化设计。
