Abstract:
980 nm掺镱光纤激光器不仅可以抽运掺铒、掺镱光纤实现高功率激光输出,还可通过晶体倍频获得490 nm波段的蓝绿光,因此受到了广泛关注并成为研究热点.从980 nm掺镱光纤激光器3种工作模式(连续光纤振荡器、脉冲光纤振荡器和光纤放大器)出发,对国内外相关研究成果进行综述,简单介绍其实验进展,并对980 nm光纤激光器的发展进行展望.
