Abstract:
液压系统是数控磨床的关键部件。以某厂MKS型数控磨床液压系统现场试验为基础进行研究,应用回归分析法对故障数据建立指数和韦布尔故障分布模型,采用相关性检验法和科尔莫戈罗夫-斯米尔诺夫检验法判断模型的合理性,并应用相关因数法对模型进行优选,计算出平均无故障工作时间,并进行比较与评估,为提升数控磨床可靠性提供了理论依据。
