研究空间高能电子辐照对单结GaAs太阳电池组件短路电流、开路电压以及输出功率的影响,分析了组件电性能退化机理.高能电子辐照造成单结GaAs太阳电池组件导线及环氧树脂基板颜色加深;随辐照注量的增加,单结GaAs太阳电池组件短路电流、开路电压以及输出功率逐渐下降.当电子注量达到1.0×1015e/cm2时,电池组件输出功率下降到初始值的79.0%.组件电性能的退化主要是电池辐照损伤所致.
