Abstract：
剖析网络组织复杂性的主要特征,构建基于“结构—关系—功能”的网络组织复杂性测试指标体系,借鉴熵理论提出了网络组织结构、关系、功能不确定性及复杂性的计算方法,以中国汽车制造业各大集团网络组织为例进行实证,验证了测度方法的有效性.研究的主要特色是测度指标体系能够比较全面的度量组织的复杂性特征,并为网络组织复杂性的定量测试提供方法思路.
