采用预滤机去除曝气沉砂池水与砂水分离器进水的泥砂,探究预滤机优化传统的污水一级处理工艺的可行性。研究发现,预滤机对曝气沉砂池水中SS的去除率为30.6%,低于砂水分离器对SS的去除率,主要是由于曝气沉砂池中部的水所含泥砂浓度低、粒径较小。预滤机所产泥渣的含水率为70.3%,低于砂水分离器泥渣的含水率。以砂水分离器进水为原水时,预滤机对SS和VSS的去除率分别为52.4%和62.5%,优于砂水分离器的处理效果;过滤泥渣的含水率和VSS含量分别为67.7%和41.5%,均低于砂水分离器所产泥渣(分别为76.1%和77.8%)。预滤机干污泥产率为0.224 kg/m3污水,是砂水分离器的1.48倍。...
