运用电子顺磁共振(EPR)和细胞增殖检测试剂盒(MTS)两种方法研究4个双羟基香豆素化合物及天然产物V_C的清除DPPH自由基及抗肿瘤细胞增殖的能力。结果表明,香豆素化合物清除DPPH自由基EC_(50)值和抗肿瘤细胞增殖活性IC_(50)值的范围分别为9.04μmol/L~37.32μmol/L和21.76μmol/L~38.48μmol/L,均优于V_C自由基清除能力(EC_(50)为42.44μmol/L)和抗肿瘤细胞增殖能力(IC_(50)为>100μmol/L)。其中,化合物1a的清除自由能力最强(EC_(50)为9.04μmol/L),化合物2b的抗肿瘤活性最高(IC_(50)为2...
