社会学领域研究中的社会资本是由一个经济学概念引入的,不同的学者对其有不同的看法.社会资本与就业的相关问题研究主要围绕强弱关系、与大学生就业关系以及就业性别不平等问题展开.总的来看,社会资本与就业问题的关系还需进一步地深入研究.
