Abstract：
以壳体联轴器为研究对象,对CAD/CAE技术在铸造工艺设计中的应用进行了研究.首先通过CAD技术的UG NX软件完成壳体联轴器铸件、浇注系统的实体造型,再通过铸造CAE软件AnyCasting对金属液充型凝固过程模拟分析,预测出可能出现的缺陷.通过相应措施对浇注系统的优化,达到最佳铸造效果.
