Abstract:

热泵膜蒸馏装置具有能耗低、可在常压下对热敏料液进行低温浓缩等优势.针对热泵与膜组件直接结合会导致料液工作温度不易控制的问题,给出了八种解决方案,并对各方案的辅冷器面积、产水能耗进行了对比分析.分析结果表明:辅冷器设置在加热器侧时,其面积可较小,但产水能耗较大;辅冷器设置在冷却器侧时,其面积较大,但产水能耗较小.
