Abstract：
在单螺杆压缩机的设计过程中，由于对机壳厚度的确定缺少理论研究，给整个压缩机的设计带来不便，为了探究合理的机壳厚度，应用HYSYS得到基本热力学参数的基础上计算机壳的几何尺寸，应用SolidWorks建立了单螺杆压缩机机壳的三维实体模型，利用ANSYS系统中Static Structural模块对机壳进行有限元静态分析，得到合理的机壳厚度，这种方法为单螺杆压缩机机壳厚度的确定提供设计依据。
