Abstract:

BaTiSi_2O_7结构中含有特殊的[TiO5]四方单锥结构,是一种新型的低介低损耗的微波介质陶瓷。首次通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了BaTiSi2O7粉体。通过XRD、IR、TEM等研究了BaTiSi_2O_7在形成过程中的物相变化及化学键的形成。XRD数据表明,在800℃生成了Ba_2TiSi_2O_8,在1050℃时开始有BaTiSi2O7生成,在1175℃烧结6h的条件下,获得了BaTiSi_2O_7纯相。IR数据显示了BaTiSi_2O_7结构中化学键随温度的形成和变化情况。TEM照片显示粉体颗粒呈现不规则的形状,颗粒尺寸为400~500nm,电子衍射花样为单晶,高分辨透射照片显示晶面间距...
