Abstract：
在高校财政教育经费投入中,专项经费在促进高等教育事业发展中起到了重要的示范性引导作用,为高等教育从外延式发展向内涵式发展提供了物质保障.同时,浪费严重、绩效偏低等现象又成为社会关注的焦点.笔者从分析高校财政专项经费管理的现状出发,分析存在的问题,提出改进措施.
