<正>改良型痘苗病毒安卡拉株(modified vaccinia virus Ankara,MVA)是人类在寻求痘苗病毒作为天花疫苗的过程中获得的高度减毒的痘苗毒株。MVA来源于一个土耳其的痘病毒毒株(chorioallantois vaccinia virus Ankara,CVA),CVA在鸡成纤维细胞中传代570代后得到MVA~([1])。对MVA全基因序列测序后发现,MVA基因组全长178 kb,与CVA相比MVA在传代的过程中丢失了大约15%(30 kb)的病毒基因,这些基因大多与病毒的毒力和宿主选择范围密切相关~([2])。MVA在允许细胞(permissive cell),如BH...
