振动筛的实际工作环境恶劣,振动筛大梁容易出现裂纹,目前没有解决振动筛大梁检测问题,同时由于大梁部件昂贵,对检测准确性要求高,提出运用超声与低频涡流相结合的检测方法,通过理论分析其可行性,进行相应的实验研究,得出了裂纹大小与超声回波幅度和低频涡流幅值之间对应关系,为振动筛大梁裂纹的检测提供了重要的指导作用。
