Abstract:
采用在线电解修整(ELID)磨削技术,对体积分数为40%的SiCp/Al复合材料进行精密磨削实验,获得表面粗糙Ra0.030 μm的加工表面.对已加工表面成型机理进行研究,分析了几种典型磨削表面缺陷,总结出SiCp/Al复合材料的磨削特征和去除机理.
