采用紫外线对再生水进行消毒,考察紫外辐照度和辐照时间对再生水中微生物的灭活情况,并研究了影响紫外线消毒的水质因素及其影响程度的大小.结果表明,在低曝辐量时,同一曝辐量下,采用200 μW/cm2的辐照度灭菌效果最好,lg (N/N0)可达到3以上;同一曝辐量下,低辐照度照射的水中粪大肠菌群的光复活率要高于高辐照度下的复活率;水中腐殖质、Fe3+含量和浊度影响紫外消毒的效果,并且影响程度从大到小依次为腐殖酸含量、浊度、Fe3+含量.
