针对产业化公租房的特点,研究了通过部品设计优化公租房的空间及提高空间利用率的方法,总结了产业化公租房的特点及其空间优化的必要性,并从部品集约化和部品精细化两种设计方法进行深入探讨,寻求优化产业化公租房空间的手段,试图解决公租房用户使用空间不足的问题.
