Abstract：
病毒样颗粒(virus-like particles,VLPs)是不含病毒核酸的空壳结构,是由某些病毒的部分结构蛋白过度表达[1]时在细胞内自行组装而成.VLPs与它的源病毒颗粒和亚病毒颗粒(SVPs)有着类似的抗原性,因此VLPs作为候选疫苗是很具潜力的.本文就VLPs作为新一代疫苗的发展现状以及应用潜力加以综述.
