Abstract:

差异化教学强调教师在教学过程中需要充分考虑到学生在知识基础、学习能力、学习兴趣、学习风格等方面的个体差异,主动调整课程内容、教学方法、学习资源、学习活动以及评价方式,使每个学生在课堂中获得公平的、最佳的学习机会.因此,教师不仅需要重视学生在本学科领域的准备状态、学习兴趣、学习风格等方面的差异,而且要在教学内容、教学过程与教学评价方面关注学生的个体差异.
