Abstract:
In the present paper, the full compressible Navier-Stokes-Maxwell equations are investigated in R-3 and the large-time behavior of global smooth solutions is established. It is shown that both the density and the temperature converge to the equilibrium states with the same norm parallel to center dot parallel to(Hs-1), while the other unknown variables converge to the equilibrium states with weaker norms than parallel to center dot parallel to(Hs-1). This phenomenon on the charge transport shows the essential difference of the equations with the non-isentropic Euler-Maxwell and the isentropic Navier-Stokes-Maxwell equations.
