Abstract:
我国保险公司现行绩效评价方法有平衡计分卡、战略平衡卡为主的绩效管理系统和传统财务指标等,在实践运用中体现出了一些问题。本文在全面考虑以往绩效评价方法的优势和劣势的基础上,为保险公司设计了基于EVA的绩效评价体系。
