Abstract：
选取北京市40个部门总产出能源强度作为征收能源税的依据,基于投入产出表的数据,建立了纳入能源税的一般均衡模型,利用Gempack软件进行研究,得出:征收能源税使得北京市GDP有所下降,并且对产业部门的结构有所调整,其中能源强度越高的部门,部门的总产出下降的越多.并提出相应的政策建议.
