Abstract：
综述了苯并噻唑2-甲酸的合成方法，主要包括CO2羧化法、水解法、高锰酸钾氧化法和Phillips合成法；其中CO2羧化法包括催化合成法与无催化剂合成法，介绍了催化合成法中的卡宾铜（Ⅰ）催化及卡宾金（Ⅰ）催化的合成方法。阐述了苯并噻唑2-甲酸在医学、医药领域的应用，并对其未来的发展前景进行了展望。
