Abstract:
用FLUENT软件模拟了三维间隔扇形凹穴型微通道流体层流流动与传热的情况,与等直径矩形微通道进行对比.结果表明:间隔扇形凹穴型微通道由于间隔段的存在降低了通道的整体压降,摩擦系数比f/f0<1;间隔段的长度明显影响微通道的传热性能,长度越长,传热恶化效果越明显.引入强化传热因子(Nu/Nu0)/(f/f0)0”09,当Re> 200时通道1、2的(Nu/Nu0)/(f/f0)0.2909均大于1,说明其综合传热性能优于矩形微通道.
