综述了凯氏定氮法、紫外吸收法、双缩脲比色法、Folin-酚法、考马斯亮蓝法、BCA法、磺基水杨酸沉淀法、滴定法及电泳法等主要的蛋白质的定量检测方法。同时,分别介绍了各方法的原理和特点,以及评价了各种方法的特点和适用条件。它为对实际测定中如何适宜的检测方法提供指导方向。
