Abstract:
针对立式玻璃磨边机测力仪安装空间狭小、工作环境恶劣的特点,采用自制的应变式磨削测力仪,运用正交实验方法,研究分析了V形砂轮磨边加工玻璃时的切向磨削力FT和径向磨削力Fn与砂轮线速度vc、进给速度vf和倒角c等工艺参数之间的关系及变化规律,并建立了切向磨削力FT和径向磨削力Fn的预测模型.结果表明:V形砂轮磨边加工玻璃时,FT和Fn随c和vf的增大而增大,FT随vc的增大而减小,vc对Fn没有显著影响.3个工艺参数中,对磨削力影响的主次关系为c >vf>vc.模型预测值与实际测量值的平均误差小于5%.
