筹资管理是财务管理的主要内容，是企业资金的起点。医院的筹资管理因为医院的特性，具有自己的特点。本文介绍医院筹资管理的目标、渠道和方式，指出目前医院筹资管理中存在的问题，提出一定的解决措施。
