Abstract：
本文通过对北京工业大学大学生的调查结果表明,大学生网络政治参与积极性不高,参与无序度增加,说明了社会责任责任感的缺失。引导大学生有序进行网络政治参与的路径是:提高大学生对网络政治参与的认知;构建有序的大学生网络政治参与机制。
